Over the years my collective experience of being a psychologist, a health and fitness enthusiast, personal stylist, a healer, and a mother of two lovely boys has equipped me with a unique blend of skills and knowledge to work in creating meaningful makeovers that renew the mind, body and soul.

I wear many hats, but at the heart of it all, I help people feel and look their best—inside and out. As an Image & Style Consultant at Colour Me Beautiful Hong Kong, I guide individuals in discovering their personal style and confidence. But my work goes beyond styling—I have a strong background in psychology, counselling, and holistic healing.
With multiple degrees in psychology and psychotherapy, I understand the deeper layers of self-image, emotions, and personal growth. My journey into energy healing adds another dimension to my work, supporting emotional and energetic well-being.
